OEM / Genuine Brand Name Products -
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your OEM product purchase, simply return your merchandise within 90 calendar days from the shipment delivery date for an exchange or full-refund. OEM warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. OEM / Genuine Brand Products that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus $7.95 (to cover the original shipping cost). No Product will be accepted without an RMA#.
Compatible / Non-Brand Name Products -
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Compatible product purchase, simply return your merchandise within 90 calendar days from the shipment delivery date for an exchange or full-refund. Office Link compatible products offer the same OEM 90 day warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Compatible / Non-Brand Products that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus $7.95 (to cover the original shipping cost). No Product will be accepted without an RMA#.
The shipment delivery date is signified by the date indicated on shipping companies' delivery confirmation receipt.
How to Exchange or Return a Product
Prior to returning products for exchange or refund, customers must contact Office Link to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To ensure seamless processing, no product returns will be accepted without a RMA#.
If you need to return an item, simply call (877)251-0262 or email customer service to request a RMA.
Upon request, a RMA# and Return Shipping Label will be issued via email. (RMA# are valid of 15 days)
Exchange and Returns Timing
Once Office Link has received the exchanged or defective product, you will be issued a credit and notified via email. If Office Link does not receive the returned items within 15 days, the RMA will become invalid and we will be unable to issue a credit for the exchanged or returned merchandise.
All returned products must be in original, unmarked packaging in new condition. If product is stated to be defective, a sample copy must accompany returned product displaying the indicated defect.
Upon notification of a request to exchange merchandise, replacement product will be promptly shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery.
Customers returning items for refund will be refunded monies via the method in which the product(s) was initially purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing and refunding. Please remember, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your credit card account.
Office Link reserves the right to alter or modify this return policy at any time and shall accept returns and issue refunds at its sole discretion.
